As part of our Club’s Community Outreach, we sometimes allow community organizations to utilize one of our ranges. 

Please fill out the form below. All fields are required, so please be as complete and accurate as possible. The Requester is the Organization that is requesting the range, we need to know who you are and where you are located. We also need the name and qualification of the individual that will be in charge of the event, along with email and phone #. Is this individual an ARPC Member? If not, we need the name of a club member that will be attending to act as the Event Director. If there is no such person, we will attempt to find a volunteer from the club to act as Event Director, but if no volunteer is forthcoming, the request will be denied.

Include a brief description of the purpose or goal of the event. Is this a commercial event?

Keep in mind, that Club Events take priority and you may be offered an alternative range if necessary.
